In the Delhi health scam, the Central Procurement Agency bought portable X-ray machines worth ₹1 lakh for ₹33 lakh each, spending ₹148 crore on 448 machines that should have cost ₹45 crore, and DGHS chief Dr. Vatsala Agrawal and accounts officer Neeraj Chopra have been arrested.
