In a Delhi health procurement scam, the Anti-Corruption Branch arrested DGHS director general Dr. Vatsala Agrawal and deputy controller of accounts Neeraj Chopra; portable X-ray machines worth ₹1 lakh were bought for ₹33 lakh each, with ₹148 crore spent on 448 machines that should have cost ₹45 crore.
