In the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, Meghalaya police documents absurdly described accused Sonam Raghuvanshi as a suspected army deserter and repeatedly cited a non-existent legal section '4031', and the Meghalaya High Court rejected the state's appeal against her bail.
