Cyber-fraud gangs caught in Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad have defrauded people of at least ₹50 crore nationwide using malicious APK files sent via WhatsApp; Mumbai police arrested six people, and one victim lost ₹2,35,000 after paying a fake ₹10 gas bill.
