During a Muharram procession in Ujjain's Badnagar area, people hoisted a van with a crane and blew it up amid a crowd; three men — Shoaib, Zahid and Taslim — were arrested, charged under the NSA, and paraded through Badnagar.

“उज्जैन के बड़नगर इलाके में मुहर्रम जुलूस के दौरान कुछ लोगों ने एक वैन को क्रेन से ऊंचाई तक उठाया... उसके बाद इस वैन को विस्फोट के जरिए उड़ा दिया।”
