All five attacks the anchor cites did occur and killed Indians, and Pakistan links are well documented for Mumbai 26/11 (LeT), Pulwama 2019 (JeM) and Pahalgam 2025 (LeT/TRF per NIA). However, the blanket attribution to 'Pakistan-backed terrorists' fails for the 2013 Patna bombings, carried out by Indian Mujahideen/SIMI members — nine Indian nationals convicted by an NIA court — and is at best contested for the 2011 Mumbai blasts, attributed to the homegrown Indian Mujahideen with unresolved questions about responsibility.
