Claim

The High Court ruled that the CID has the right to investigate the fake MLA-signatures case, ordered Abhishek Banerjee to appear at the CID office by 6 PM, while directing police to take no coercive action against him for two weeks and to give at least 24 hours' notice for further questioning.

“हाई कोर्ट ने साफ कह दिया कि केस की जांच करना सीआईडी का अधिकार है। अभिषेक को जांच के लिए शाम 6:00 बजे तक सीआईडी के ऑफिस जाना ही होगा... पुलिस को उनके खिलाफ दो हफ्ते तक कोई कोर्सिव एक्शन ना लेने के निर्देश दिए... कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले नोटिस देना होगा।”
