Claim

The trigger for Kalyan Banerjee's anger was that Abhishek Banerjee changed his lawyer without informing him — Kalyan was told by a midnight phone call from Abhishek's office that the High Court case would now be argued by someone else, and the case was given to Kalyan's junior lawyer.
