The forensic report Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann used to claim innocence in the objectionable-video case is being called completely fake and fixed — allegedly procured for ₹1 lakh through a secret hotel meeting involving Punjab police officers — and Haryana Police have arrested Ankit and Arun, who created the fake lab reports and are on 8-day police remand.
