A man was caught distributing suspect capsules during a Muharram procession in Mumbai; 14,900 capsules containing 1 gram of poison each were seized, and per Mumbai police there was a plot to kill 300 people, with 3,000 capsules ordered; the accused Fayaz had travelled to Iran and Iraq in 2025.
