Jammu and Kashmir's State Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet in a Srinagar court, about 36 years after the crime, naming JKLF chief Yasin Malik and four other terrorists as accused in the abduction and murder of Kashmiri Pandit nurse Sarla Bhat.
