Pakistan's newspaper Dawn has claimed water shortfalls in Pakistani canals: the Rice canal is getting 5,300 cusecs against 8,700 (38% less), the Dadu canal 860 against about 5,000 (82% less), and the North Western canal 2,100 against about 6,200 (64.1% less).
