The burned bus is registered under Indore's Hans Travels but its registration and fitness certificate were issued in a remote part of Arunachal Pradesh — allegedly to dodge proper inspection and fraudulently obtain an all-India permit.

“यह बस इंदौर की मशहूर हंस ट्रैवल्स कंपनी के नाम पर रजिस्टर्ड है। लेकिन इसका रजिस्ट्रेशन अरुणाचल प्रदेश के किसी सुदूर इलाके में कराया गया है। इसका फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट भी अरुणाचल प्रदेश में जारी हुआ है।”
